Attention LEGO enthusiasts! Soon, fans of the toy brand will be able to assemble Max Verstappen’s RB20. Red Bull has announced a collaboration with the Danish toy manufacturer. From March 1, 2025, fans will be able to build the 2024 World Championship-winning Red Bull car themselves.
LEGO has previously released sets of Mercedes and McLaren cars, but the Danish manufacturer is increasingly expanding its collaborations with Formula 1 teams. The next Formula 1 set from LEGO is the LEGO Technic Oracle Red Bull Racing RB20 F1 Car. “The team is used to building Formula 1 cars piece by piece, and now fans can build the championship-winning RB20 brick by brick,” reads the official press release from Red Bull.
‘Listening to Our Fans’
The LEGO RB20 will be fifty-five centimeters long and will include the authentic livery and Pirelli tires. The gearbox and engine are also designed to be true to life. The set contains 1638 LEGO bricks. Those who want to bring the RB20 home will have to dig deep into their pockets. The set will cost 229.99 euros.”We are always in search of the perfect construction here at Oracle Red Bull Racing, so it made sense to embark on a new collaboration with the LEGO Group,” says Chief Marketing Officer at Red Bull, Olly Hughes. “We listened to our fans and they asked for this collaboration. It’s an exciting breakthrough for the team in a market that sparks creativity.”
