In a unanimous vote, the team bosses of the Formula 1 teams have chosen Max Verstappen as the best driver of 2024. This is a first in the history of the seven-year-old election, as there has never been complete consensus on who the best driver was.
For four-time world champion Verstappen, this is the fourth time he has received this honor. The annual election operates using the Formula 1 points system. Verstappen was ranked first by all ten team bosses, finishing at the top with 250 points. Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc finished second and third, respectively.
