Thanks to victories in Austria and Austin, George Russell managed to stay ahead of his Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton last season. The seven-time Formula 1 world champion has since moved to Ferrari. The big question for the upcoming season is whether Russell can handle the pressure of being the team leader and whether he has learned enough from his years of collaboration with Hamilton. The latter has certainly shared wisdom from his own biography (photo above).
