Alpine F1 Team

Alpine has unveiled a special livery ahead of the United States Grand Prix. The French team, in collaboration with the upcoming video game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, has opted for a predominantly orange color scheme. It’s a striking design, though many fans are questioning whether the team has simply copied McLaren.

Video Game Giant Xbox and Alpine’s Collaboration

Video game giant Xbox is a loyal partner of the Alpine team. Later this year, the American company will release Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, a game based on the namesake adventure films. During the United States Grand Prix, Alpine is promoting this new video game with a unique livery. But is it really unique?

Fans’ Reaction to the New Livery

Many fans believe that the color scheme closely resembles that of McLaren. The combination of orange and black is reminiscent of the regular papaya colors of the MCL38. “They’ve just copied McLaren,” a fan reacted on social media. “I would say it could be confusing for the commentators, but Alpine is nowhere near McLaren,” joked another.

Alpine Team Boss Excited About New Livery

Oliver Oakes, who became the team boss at Alpine this summer, is excited about the new livery. “The partnership with the Xbox team is fantastic,” says the Englishman. “The new look will really come into its own this weekend in Austin. There are many more exciting collaborations to come, and I look forward to actually playing the game as soon as it is available.”
