Formula 1 will celebrate its 75th anniversary in 2025. The jubilee year will kick off with a first for the premier class: all teams will simultaneously unveil their 2025 cars at the joint F1 75 event in London. However, many teams have already announced that they will also organize their own unveiling in addition to the evening in the O2 Arena. Here are all the dates for these launch events.
Ferrari was the first team to announce that it would organize its own event in addition to the F1 75 event to introduce the world to the SF-25. The Scuderia will launch their car on February 19, a day after the festivities in London. Williams is also following in Ferrari’s footsteps, organizing its own launch event on Valentine’s Day, February 14. The midfield team’s car will have a special livery. The official 2025 livery will only be unveiled in the O2 Arena.
Mercedes also decided to organize its own launch event. The Silver Arrows will further introduce the W16 to the world on February 24. It is not yet known when, and if, the other teams will hold a launch event. De Telegraaf has already reported that Red Bull has planned a filming day in Bahrain on Tuesday, February 25. Max Verstappen and new teammate Liam Lawson will then make their first laps in the RB21.
