Formula 1 enthusiasts with a taste for fine dining are in for a treat in 2025. The premier racing event is partnering with renowned British chef Gordon Ramsay. The Michelin-starred chef will provide fans in the paddock with a ‘world-class culinary experience’ at ten races in the upcoming season.
Ramsay’s culinary experience will take place in the F1 Garage, part of the premium hospitality in the paddock. The British chef, along with his team, will curate a menu for each of the ten races based on the location of the Grand Prix, using local ingredients. Ramsay’s F1 Garage will be present at the Grand Prix events in Miami, Monaco, Canada, Great Britain, Italy, the USA, Mexico, Las Vegas, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi. The pilot for the project took place last year at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
‘F1 is like a kitchen’
“My passion for Formula 1 is well known, but it’s the complexity and pace of the cars and the talent of the many people who build and drive them that appeals to me,” Ramsay enthusiastically responds to the announced collaboration. “In many ways, Formula 1 is like a professional kitchen, so this is the perfect partnership for us and our growing international restaurant group.”
Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali is also looking forward to welcoming Ramsay to the paddock from the Miami GP onwards. “Our vision is to offer world-class Formula 1 hospitality through a unique journey not only on the track but also at the table,” the Italian explains. “We can’t wait to start this collaboration, specially dedicated to our guests.”
