The Haas Formula 1 team has unveiled a special livery for the upcoming United States Grand Prix. As the only American team, they’re set to race on home soil on the Texan tarmac, and have chosen a distinctly American color scheme. Red, white, and blue? Check. Stars and stripes? Check. Decorative eagle? Check. Bring on the Grand Prix!
‘Made in America‘, Haas announces on social media. The team revealed a new livery on Tuesday in preparation for the Grand Prix in Austin. The regular design has undergone some modifications in the form of some American red, white, and blue. The new color scheme also features an eagle and additional stars and stripes. It’s clear that Haas is racing at home during the United States Grand Prix.
Haas’ New Livery and Its Potential Impact on Performance
It is hoped that Haas, with its new livery, can achieve good results. The Americans are hot on the heels of rival Visa RB in the constructors’ championship. Drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Kevin Magnussen have together already scored thirty-one points – the sister team of Red Bull is at thirty-four. If the new livery does not yield results, Haas still relies on sponsor Toyota. The Japanese car giant was announced last week as the ‘technical partner’ of the team.
