Weather Forecast for the GP of Great Britain

On Friday, the free practice sessions are expected to be a washout. The first sessions on the British asphalt will likely require intermediates or full wet tires. The temperature on the opening day in England is set to be around eighteen degrees Celsius, with a maximum of one hour of sunshine. The chance of precipitation currently stands at a whopping 95%. Heavy rain showers are expected to blow in from the west.

Some rain is also forecasted for the final practice on Saturday, with a 70% chance of a shower. However, the qualification round is expected to remain dry, with the possibility of some sunshine, although the temperature is not expected to exceed seventeen degrees. Sunday’s weather remains unpredictable; during the Grand Prix, it will again be around seventeen degrees with occasional sunshine. The conditions are far from perfect. Short showers are also predicted, which could make the race quite challenging for the drivers.
