After only four rounds in the Formula 3 Championship, Red Bull has parted ways with Kacper Sztuka. The Polish driver, associated with the Dutch team MP Motorsport, made his debut this year with Red Bull’s support. However, Sztuka managed to score points only once in recent months, leading the Austrians to terminate his contract.

The 18-year-old Kacper Sztuka will continue to compete in the Formula 3 Championship, but he can no longer count on sponsorship from Red Bull. The Polish talent stated that they no longer wanted to continue together in Milton Keynes. “My contract with the Red Bull training program has recently ended,” said Sztuka. “During my time here, I have only received positive feedback. I want to thank everyone who has been involved in this project.”

Sztuka, who joined Red Bull in November 2023, will remain associated with MP Motorsport and the Formula 3 Championship. “Thanks to my other sponsors, I can finish the season and continue to develop as a driver,” he continued. “I still want to be the fastest and hope to be able to compete with the best drivers in the world someday.”

Kacper Sztuka crowned himself champion of the Italian F4 in 2023, winning the majority of the races in the second half of the season. However, he is not faring as well in Formula 3. Apart from a fifth place during the sprint race in Imola, the Pole has not scored any points. He is currently nineteenth in the standings.
