The Miami Grand Prix is one of the most vibrant races on the Formula 1 calendar. Drivers and teams often go the extra mile with striking color schemes. After Ferrari, Visa RB is now also unveiling a standout livery in Miami.
Ferrari created a significant buzz around a special blue color scheme for Miami, only to add a few blue accents to the car. This move disappointed fans, and the reactions on social media were far from positive. The team from Faenza took a different approach. No hype, but a significant visual change. The Chameleon VCARB01, as the car has been renamed, features a lot of yellow, pink, and light blue colors and will only be used during the Miami Grand Prix weekend.
Behind the Colorful Transformation
Nothing in Formula 1 comes for free, and of course, there’s a sponsorship thought behind this special color scheme. The livery is inspired by Visa’s Chameleon Card. Driver Daniel Ricciardo is pleased with the new look of his car. “I had some hints, of course, but I really like this livery! I’m really satisfied with what they’ve created, although I’ll be even happier if we finish in the points on Sunday,” the Australian noted.
