Visa Cash App RB has just confirmed that Yuki Tsunoda will continue racing for them in 2025. The Japanese driver is set to embark on his fifth year with the Faenza-based team. “The team has a major development project ahead, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it,” he said.
Despite the swirling rumors about the driver market, Red Bull’s training team has secured one of their seats by extending Tsunoda’s stay. The 24-year-old driver is excited about this decision: “I’m very happy to stay with Visa Cash App RB and it feels good to know my future so early in the year. I want to thank everyone at Red Bull and Honda who have played a significant role in my career and continue to do so.”
Steady Progress Since Debut
Tsunoda made his debut with the team in 2021 and has made steady progress since then. This season, he regularly scored points and finished in the top 10 in five of the eight Grands Prix.
